Where they started
Healing Higher Self had what many brands want: a global audience that genuinely cared. But the experience was split. Products sat in one place, courses in another, live healer sessions somewhere else, and taking payments from customers around the world wasn't clean.
Every jump between tools was a moment where a customer could drift away.
The turning point
Instead of adding yet another tool, we designed one platform around the customer's journey: discover, get guidance, buy, book and learn, without ever having to leave.
What we built
- A multi-currency store for physical and metaphysical products, with secure checkout.
- An AI aura-scan tool and AI-assisted search and recommendations, so the experience feels guided rather than overwhelming.
- Live healer video sessions with a booking flow, plus courses and a community space.
- Production-grade payments, currency handling and content management, so the team runs it all themselves.
Where they are now
A visitor can now take an aura scan, get guided recommendations, shop in their own currency, book a live session and join a course, all in one place.
And the team runs the whole platform themselves.
