Draft: this document is pending legal review and may change before launch.
This policy explains how Rithora IT Services Private Limited (“RITE Growth”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit ritegrowth.com, request a free plan, or otherwise interact with us.
Who is responsible for your data
Rithora IT Services Private Limited is the controller of personal data processed through this website. Contact details for privacy requests will be published here before launch.
What we collect
- Information you give us — for example your name, work email, company, website, role, country and the details you share when requesting a free plan.
- Consent records — whether you opted in to marketing emails, the wording you agreed to, and when.
- Technical information — such as IP address and browser type, used for security, abuse prevention and keeping the site working.
- Website usage, only with your consent — pages visited, device type and approximate location, measured with Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies, and ad measurement with the Meta Pixel if you click “Accept all”.
How we use it
- To prepare and send the free plan you requested and to follow up about it.
- To respond to your enquiries and, if we work together, to deliver our services.
- To send marketing emails, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To protect the website and our systems from fraud and abuse.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
Legal bases
Depending on where you are, we rely on your consent (for marketing), steps taken at your request before entering a contract (for free plan requests), our legitimate interests (for security and improving our services), and legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract (for example hosting, email delivery and, depending on your cookie choice, Google Analytics and Meta), or where required by law. A list of current sub-processors will be published here.
International transfers
We work with clients internationally, so your data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Free plan requests that do not lead to an engagement are reviewed and deleted or anonymised periodically.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
Cookies
See our cookie information for details of the cookies this site uses.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
